Web Analytics is a very important tool for running a website. It makes you aware of the various details of the traffic your website is attracting and helps you plan the future of the website accordingly. Services such as Sitemeter, Google Analytics, etc are already available on this front.
Woopra is the new entry in this domain and it offers a comprehensive, information rich, easy to use, real-time web analytics. It is so designed that it enables a seamless tracking of visitors in the real time. Web masters can track over 40 different attributes of their visitors with Woopra. The user interface, too, is clutter-less and clear. All sections are properly linked and highlighted. Navigation in and around Woopra is a piece of cake.
Woopra also facilitates management of multiple websites in a single account.Another great feature is the “Click-to-Chat” functionality that allows a webmaster to chat with the visitors in real time. Woopra allows for, both, outbound and inbound webmaster-visitor chats. In addition to the feature rich service, Woopra also provides a robust API for developers. Woopra is Free, but currently in Private Beta.
