You Gotta See This Now Video Contest – Win USD 5000

Prizes include:

• One Grand Prize winner will win USD 5,000 — selected from all submitted videos
• Three First Prize winners will win an HDTV package(a USD 2,500 value) — one per video category

What you have to do

1. Record an original video on how improved sight betters lives
2. Submit the video in the following categories:

   • “My favorite sport or activity would be so much cooler with better vision”
   • “You should see life after the iLASIK® Procedure”
3. Tell Friends To Vote. Votes help decide who wins.
